Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the bg33 website accessible at bg33.im, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets and features available therein.
• "bg33" means the operator of this platform, its affiliates, employees, directors and service providers.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered account on the bg33 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bg33 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a player's bg33 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or matched deposit amounts awarded to a player under a bg33 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets or games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which bg33 verifies a player's identity, age and payment method ownership prior to permitting withdrawals.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all operational and support hours referenced on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the bg33 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform after any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the bg33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bg33. Where these Terms & Conditions are silent on a matter addressed in the supplementary policies, the supplementary policy provisions shall apply.

bg33 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact email address held on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that notice period confirms acceptance.

Eligibility

The bg33 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bg33 applies a strict 21+ age restriction across all games, betting markets and platform features. Underage gambling is illegal and is taken extremely seriously by bg33.
• You are accessing the platform on a purely personal, recreational basis and not on behalf of any third party or in any professional or commercial capacity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or close family member of a bg33 employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bg33 or had a bg33 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bg33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

At registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. bg33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bg33 support immediately at [email protected].

bg33 may, at its discretion, decline to register any applicant without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Deposits

bg33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bg33 balance within seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bg33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

bg33 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Charges applied by your payment provider to the transfer are outside bg33's control and are the player's responsibility.

bg33 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at its discretion, including in response to responsible gaming flags or suspected fraudulent activity. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits from their account settings at any time.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) hours for fully verified accounts. Verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and confirmation of the payment method to be used for withdrawal.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bg33 does not process withdrawals to different accounts, cards or wallets than those used for depositing, in order to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of withdrawal that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount.

bg33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or account activity that differs materially from established patterns. Such checks may extend the processing time beyond the standard four-hour window. bg33 will notify the player of any such delay via their registered contact details.

• Players must not use the bg33 platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where bg33 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Funds deposited in error by bg33 must be reported immediately and are not available for wagering or withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

bg33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the individual offer states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all bg33 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will expire automatically.
• Only specific games or markets as stated in the offer terms contribute towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino games contribute at a reduced rate.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer is explicitly marked as repeatable.
• bg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirements already in progress are honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method bg33 determines to be abusive will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bg33 sports markets and all wagers on bg33 casino games are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming any wager. bg33 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet settlement, bg33 will apply the following resolution principles:

• Where a fault has caused a game to be interrupted before its natural conclusion, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Where a fault has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed before correction, the correct verified outcome will be applied for settlement purposes.
• Where bg33 discovers that a bet was placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a system error, bg33 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi). bg33 does not control individual game outcomes and does not manipulate results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as specified by the game provider.

bg33 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game or player at its discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with or otherwise disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion or referral programme through coordinated or fraudulent activity.
• Initiating chargebacks on deposits while retaining winnings derived from those funds.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bg33 platform — including but not limited to the bg33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, written content, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of bg33 or its licensed content providers. No part of this platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published or commercially exploited without the prior written permission of bg33.

Game content (graphics, audio, mechanics, mathematics) made available on bg33 via third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming and others remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. Use of such content is subject to the licensing arrangements between bg33 and those providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, copy or commercially use any platform content.

Privacy & Data

bg33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any game or feature for a particular purpose.

Amendments to These Terms

bg33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address registered to their account no fewer than seven (7) days before the updated terms come into force.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes or clarifications that do not materially alter players' rights or obligations — may be made without advance notice. The date of last revision is always displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the bg33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bg33 is registered as an offshore gaming operator. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that bg33 operates as an offshore platform and that the laws of Bangladesh do not govern this agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
